Create technical packages and BOMs
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Packaging Development, Product Development, Marketing, Creative) to define packaging requirements and deliver against objectives. Review artwork to ensure it is print-ready and follows international guidelines
Source all components, packaging, labels, etc. Evaluate quality. Negotiate costing and deliverables with sourcing partners to ensure best profit margin for the products is achieved
Establish relations, conduct work orders & negotiate costs with suppliers & factories both domestically and internationally
Develop, maintain and ensure production and deliverable calendar are met
Work with sales team to ensure all wholesale orders are: entered accurately, prepared and packaged in accordance with vendor requirements, and delivery deadlines are met
Develop product costing
Create and place invoices and PO’s
Provide client services – both retail & wholesale
Participate in sales trips (participate in showroom exhibition)
Train new employees
